Haven provides a predictive fall prevention platform consisting of hardware sensors (Steadfast), analytics software (Stride), alert systems (Beacon), and clinical dashboards (Vigil). Our services are designed for use by aging adults, their caregivers, family members, and healthcare providers.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Haven account or purchase Haven products. By using our services, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Haven immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Haven is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
You agree to use Haven's products and services only for their intended purpose — personal health monitoring and fall prevention. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Haven hardware or software, use Haven products for surveillance or monitoring without the knowledge and consent of the monitored individual, attempt to access Haven's systems or networks without authorization, or resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit Haven products or data without written permission.
Haven's products and services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Our fall risk assessments and gait analyses are informational tools intended to supplement — not replace — clinical judgment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider regarding any medical concerns. Haven does not guarantee that its products will prevent any specific fall or injury.
Haven sensors are designed for standard residential installation. You are responsible for ensuring that installation complies with local building codes and regulations. Haven provides installation guidance but is not responsible for damage resulting from improper installation.
Certain Haven services require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and payment terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Haven reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
All content, software, hardware designs, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with Haven are owned by Haven Home Wellness, Inc. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Haven shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Haven in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Haven, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our products or services or your violation of these Terms.
Haven may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use Haven services ceases, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Haven reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
