The full Terms of Service for Haven's products and website are under active drafting and will be published prior to commercial launch in 2026. In the interim, our Privacy Policy governs how we collect and handle information.

What's covered when published

The finalized Terms of Service will address the areas you'd expect from a health-adjacent consumer product:

Acceptable use of the Haven platform, the Steadfast, Stride, Vigil, Anchor, and Beacon products, and the website at havenhomewellness.ai
Subscription terms, billing, cancellation policies, and refund terms for the monthly Haven service tiers
Haven's role as a wellness platform — the consumer product is not a diagnostic device, and does not replace clinical care
Warranty terms and limitations of liability for hardware devices
Intellectual property rights — including the Steadfast, Stride, Vigil, Anchor, and Beacon trademarks
Dispute resolution, governing law, and arbitration provisions
Amendments and how we'll notify you of any material changes
